Center Director / Co-Director (Early Childhood Education) – Natick

Location: The Learning Experience – Natick, MA
Pay: $70,000–$80,000 per year (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience – Natick is seeking a collaborative Center Director / Co-Director to help guide operations, staff development, and program quality across the school.

Responsibilities

Partner with leadership to manage daily center operations
Support teacher training, mentoring, and classroom quality
Ensure compliance with all Massachusetts EEC requirements
Maintain strong enrollment and retention practices
Monitor financial performance and operational goals
Strengthen family engagement and community relationships

Qualifications

Director I and Director II certification required
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Business, or related field preferred
Minimum 2 years center leadership experience required
Strong organizational and team development skills
